MUSIC AND CO is happy to welcome any kind of music you wish to deposit. Here are some recommandations we ask you to follow.
The scores have to be sent in PDF format, every pages being comprised in one file. Its quality must allow comfortable consultation and/or printing.
The file is put on the web for 6 months (and possibly more), a financial participation could be required.
The scores are presented under the responsibility of its (their) author(s). The Music and Co site only hosts the document(s) and won’t be responsible for their content, the relative rights, the diffusion and used agreements for the texts, musics, arrangements, etc. The file transmission doesn’t exclude any declaration or filing in order to ensure the intellectual property rights of the work.
The transmitted and presented files mustn’t be considered as a publication and Music and Co is not contractually committed. No rights have been taken, transmitted or given. The fact of sending a file is not considered as a publication by a music publisher and every one is aware that the web site shall not be engaged and responsible in any use either reproduction, broadcasting, interpretation, public performance or recording, etc.
